Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding Canon plotter operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Canon plotters, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems, either remotely or on-site.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on Canon plotters, such as cleaning, calibration, and firmware updates, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Coordinate with Canon technical support team for escalated issues and warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Document service activities, including service calls, repairs, parts replacement, and customer interactions, accurately and comprehensively.
