Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator cum Telecaller to join our team. The Office Administrator cum Telecaller will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office operations while also handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Telecalling:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, clients, and vendors, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups, customer satisfaction surveys, and appointment scheduling.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
- Update customer databases with accurate and current information obtained during calls.
- Achieve call targets and KPIs related to call volume, call quality, and sales conversions.
