We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Survey Personnel to join our team. The Survey Personnel will be responsible for conducting surveys, interviews, and data collection activities as part of various research projects or data collection initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with survey respondents to collect accurate and reliable data.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and data collection activities according to project requirements and established protocols.
- Approach survey respondents in a courteous and professional manner, explaining the purpose of the survey and obtaining informed consent for participation.
- Administer survey questionnaires or interview protocols to collect responses from survey participants, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Maintain detailed records of survey administration, including participant contact information, survey responses, and any relevant observations or comments.
- Follow established survey procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and reliability of data collection across survey sites or participants.
- Adhere to ethical principles and standards in survey research, including maintaining respondent confidentiality and privacy, and obtaining informed consent.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by survey participants during the survey administration process, providing assistance and clarification as needed.
- Collaborate with project team members to troubleshoot any issues or challenges encountered during survey administration and data collection.
- Assist in data entry, coding, and cleaning tasks to prepare survey data for analysis and reporting.
- Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance survey administration skills and knowledge of survey methodologies and techniques.
