We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up conference rooms
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
