We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior IT Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology or a related field to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in IT management. As a Junior IT Manager, you will work closely with our IT team to support various technology initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and security and implement necessary updates and patches
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist in the management of IT vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
