We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our management team to support various operational activities and contribute to the overall success of our organization

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities
Support the management team in implementing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Provide support in employee training and development initiatives
Assist in monitoring and evaluating team performance and providing feedback as needed
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
