Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Fresher Telemarketers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about sales and customer service to kick-start their career in telemarketing. As a Fresher Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer any questions or concerns that customers may have about our products/services
Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge
