Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist in managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
