Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Fresher System Operator. As a Fresher System Operator, you will be responsible for performing routine tasks related to computer systems and network operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor computer systems and network operations
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as installing software updates and patches
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to senior team members as needed
Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware and software
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting technical problems
